Sample Schedule
Here’s an example of a possible daily routine. This is just a generic example because every family is different and has different needs, hours, and interests!

7:00 - Healthy, balanced breakfast

7:30-9:00 - Free play (gently guided towards child’s interest such as puzzles, music, reading,
imaginary play, tummy time, songs, games, walks, etc)

9:00-12:00 - Field trip: Museum’s, parks, play dates, walks, etc

10:00 - Healthy snack

12:00 - Health, balanced lunch

12:30 - Nap

2:30-4:30 - Activities such as arts & crafts, music, sports-more structured than the morning free
play.

3:00 - Healthy snack

4:30 - Pick up house/toys/dinner prep

5:00 - Healthy, balanced dinner

5:30 - Bath/teeth/PJ routine

6:00 - Quiet activity waiting for Mom and Dad (reading, puzzles, etc)

And of course if the little one needs something different during the day than that's what we do! Sometimes they need a quiet day or sometimes they need to run around all day! Schedules are a guideline!
